You will be responsible for the design and delivery of Veolia''s Employee Experience, Employer Brand strategy including the use of social channels. Managing the Veolia Employer Brand social media content on digital channels to showcase Veolia as an employer of choice internally and externally to attract and retain talent. You will support the Employee Experience Lead in wider HR initiatives that will span the Employee Experience team and wider HR function as and when required. You will lead and develop strategies for social media channels across Veolia UK corporate channels, and other social channels creating awareness of Veolia as an employer of choice and supporting the Employer Brand Strategy. By supporting the wider resourcing team with multi channel recruitment campaigns across experienced hires and Emerging Talent recruitment, you will help us attract and retain the very best talent.
