We''re looking for an Employer and Partnerships Officer to join our Jobs and Training Team at Clarion Futures, working from our warehouse-style office space in vibrant Camden. You''ll identify, secure and implement sustainable employment and training opportunities for Clarion residents and customers, with a strong focus on working with Clarion contractors and supply chain partners to deliver against social value commitments. By developing long-term employer partnerships across our supply chain and wider labour market, you''ll help ensure social value pledges translate into real employment, work experience and training outcomes. You''ll work closely with the Clarion Futures Social Value team to ensure opportunities are shared with Employment Support Officers and promoted across their caseloads. You''ll also carry out regular account management activity to build and maintain a strong portfolio of high-quality, innovative strategic partnerships, particularly within growth and priority labour market sectors.
