      <description>Location: Uxbridge | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Employer Account Executive to join our Restart team. This is a pivotal, employer-facing role focused on engaging with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and collaboratively design tailored pathways into employment for participants across our employability programmes.  As an Employer Account Executive, you ll play a key role in fostering strong partnerships with employers to promote inclusive recruitment practices. These may include initiatives such as Disability Confident, work trials, and working interviews. Your efforts will directly contribute to our commitment to delivering social value by supporting individuals who are long-term unemployed in their journey back into sustainable employment.  You will work closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver a high-quality, responsive service that exceeds employer expectations.
