Essential Experience Extensive experience advising line managers on complex employee relations matters, particularly:Sickness absenceDisciplinary and conduct issuesCapability managementGrievancesRisk assessment and mitigationExperience managing a high-volume ER caseload.Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.Experience preparing Employment Tribunal documentation and case papers.
