Employee Relations Specialist - Temporary Contract

Location: Swansea / HybridDuration: Approximately five monthsStart: Late September / early OctoberEngagement: Fixed-term contract or inside-IR35 contractor arrangementRate: Competitive and dependent on experience We are supporting an established organisation seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional for a confidential temporary assignment. Joining during a busy period of organisational change, you will provide practical ER advice and independently manage a varied caseload. You will work closely with managers, employees and the wider People team. Key responsibilities:Managing employee-relations cases from initial advice through to resolutionAdvising managers on disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance mattersSupporting employee consultation and change-related conversationsProviding advice on flexible-working requests and other employment mattersCoaching managers through policies, procedures and sensitive discussionsManaging standard and complex cases fairly and consistentlyMaintaining clear records and keeping relevant stakeholders updatedSupporting wider organisational-change activity when requiredAbout you:Strong, recent employee-relations experienceConfident managing a varied ER caseload independentlyExperience supporting organisational change, consultation or restructuring would be advantageousGood working knowledge of UK employment lawAble to provide pragmatic, balanced and commercially aware adviceComfortable joining an organisation ..... full job details .....
