Employee Relations Specialist

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist to join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team in Northampton.Paying up to £40,000 p/a and offering hybrid working, this opportunity will suit someone with at least a few years experience in a high volume employee relations experience, confident in building relationships with stakeholders of all levels.Duties will include, but are not limited to:Providing first-class specialist advice and guidance on high-volume Employee Relations matters to colleagues, managers and senior leadersPartnering with managers and senior leaders to coach them towards effective outcomes and resolutions of ER issuesLogging advisory calls on a CRM tool and ensuring advice is commercial, impartial, consistent, legally compliant and aligned to company policiesManaging dispute resolution casework end-to-end, including disciplinaries, appeals and grievancesManaging long-term sickness and medical review cases across an allocated region or business areaContributing to the continuous improvement of Employee Relations policies, guidelines and template lettersSupporting ER-related business projects and, where required, attending complex hearings or meetingsAbout You:At least two years'' experience in an HR role, with experience handling ER cases such as disciplinaries, grievances, appeals and long-term sicknessExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and handle complex cases ..... full job details .....
