Employee Relations Specialist £70,000 per annum 9 Month Assignment UK, Remote About the Role Our client is currently recruiting for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their team! Within this role you will be a key member of the People Experience (PX) team, responsible for managing employee relations casework, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and driving operational efficiency in ER processes. This role requires strong investigative skills, a focus on fair and consistent application of policy, and the ability to leverage data for reporting and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Employee Conversations andamp; Casework:Conduct thorough, timely, and objective investigations into complex employee relations issues, including allegations of policy violations, misconduct, and disputes, following best practices and legal guidelines. Partner with PX Business Partners (PXBP) and Legal to provide guidance and consultation to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate case files, documentation, and records of investigations and outcomes. Facilitate dialogue and mediation to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive working environment. Performance Management and coaching are key elements of caseload.
