Employee Relations Specialist

Anderson Knight Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to join the HR function of a leading UK organisation. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters across a large, diverse workforce. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the fair and consistent application of employment practices across the business. Key Responsibilities: Managing a wide range of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and absence matters. Advising line managers and stakeholders on ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal procedures. Supporting the wider HR team with initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, consistency, and policy adherence. Analysing ER trends and contributing to continuous improvement in people management practices. Candidate Requirements: Significant experience in a dedicated ER or HR advisory role, ideally within a large or multi-site organisation. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and complex ER casework with professionalism and objectivity. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders at all levels.
