Your new company Hays is delighted to be working with a well-established organisation based in Edinburgh to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Partner on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled HR professional with strong employee relations expertise to join a busy and collaborative HR team during a period of organisational change and transformation.Your new role As Employee Relations Partner, you will provide specialist advice and hands-on support across a wide range of complex employee relations matters, ensuring a fair, consistent and legally compliant approach is taken throughout the organisation.You will play a key role in supporting managers and senior stakeholders on employee relations cases, organisational change initiatives and workforce transformation projects, helping to balance commercial priorities with best practice people management.Key responsibilities will include:Managing complex disciplinary, grievance, absence management and capability cases.Providing expert guidance on organisational change programmes, restructures and redundancy processes.Supporting TUPE transfers and associated employee consultation activities.Advising managers on workplace conflict resolution and employee engagement matters.Assisting with employment tribunal preparation and case management.Ensuring policies, procedures and practices remain compliant with current employment legislation.Identifying and mitigating people-related risks across the ..... full job details .....
