Employee Relations Officer £30k Sidcup Hybrid Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for employee relations and delivering an exceptional colleague experience? We''re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable People Experience Officer to join our People team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues, providing expert HR advice and helping to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture. As a People Experience Officer, you''ll provide professional Employee Relations support across the organisation, ensuring people matters are managed fairly, consistently and in line with employment legislation. You''ll work closely with managers to resolve complex employee relations cases while promoting a positive employee experience and supporting organisational initiatives. What you''ll be doing Provide expert Employee Relations advice to managers and colleagues. Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance matters. Support managers with short and long-term sickness absence cases. Act as HR Advisor during conduct and capability hearings. Support organisational change activities, including consultations, restructures, redundancies and TUPE transfers. Prepare HR documentation and case correspondence. Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives. Contribute to People projects and continuous improvement activities.
