Employee Relations Manager London Hybrid Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with an iconic British retail business to recruit an Employee Relations Manager.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER professional who enjoys leading a team while remaining hands-on with casework. Reporting into the Head of ER, you will lead a team of two, providing practical advice and support to managers across the business.The RoleAs Employee Relations Manager, you will combine day-to-day team leadership with managing your own ER cases. You will support and develop your team, help managers navigate sensitive people matters and ensure a fair, consistent and commercially balanced approach.This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys being close to the detail, building relationships and helping others make confident, informed decisions.Key responsibilities include:Leading, coaching and developing a team of two.Managing your own ER caseload, including complex and sensitive matters.Supporting the team with case guidance, prioritisation and escalations.Providing clear, practical advice to managers in line with employment legislation and company policies.Working closely with the Head of ER and wider People team to ensure a consistent approach.Building managers'' confidence and capability in handling employee relations matters.Identifying recurring themes and opportunities to improve ER processes and ways of working.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an ..... full job details .....
