Employee Relations Manager

Venn Group is delighted to be recruiting for an Employee Relations Manager on behalf of a respected charitable organisation operating across Kent and Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a values-driven organisation that delivers essential services within local communities. Working closely with senior leaders and managers, you will provide expert employee relations support, helping to promote best practice, manage complex casework and ensure a positive and legally compliant employee experience across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Act as the organisation''s employee relations specialist, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and senior stakeholders Lead on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability and performance cases Support and coach managers to build confidence and capability in handling people management issues Develop and promote employee relations best practice, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organisation Contribute to organisational change programmes and support managers through consultation and implementation processes Review, develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures and guidance Analyse employee relations data and provide insights to identify trends and support informed decision-making Build positive relationships with trade unions, employee representatives and key stakeholders Ideal Candidate ..... full job details .....
