Social network you want to login/join with:A leading retail company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with proven experience to take full ownership of the ER remit. Please note that this is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office and monthly work-from-home days.Role and Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for all ER-related queries.Apply HR policy and procedure knowledge across all ER cases.Line manage and coach 2 Employee Relations Advisors.Coach and advise managers on best practices to ensure timely handling of cases in line with internal policies.Work closely with the senior HR team to minimise risk and cost.Keep HR records updated on the HRIS and complete tasks in a timely manner.Take ownership of exit interviews and monitor data to identify potential trends.Stay up-to-date with the latest HR policies and procedures.Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years'' experience in ER, up to tribunal level (essential).Hold a CIPD or relevant HR degree.Previous experience in a Law Firm or Consulting company is required.Experience working in a large, fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritise and use own initiative.For further information, apply below!Tiger is B Corp Certified.
