I have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager - Employee Relations to join this forward thinking organisation based in Stevenage. This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site and 2 from home. it will involve some travel.

Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.You will be involved in the following:-Lead and drive the development and execution of a vision and strategy for Employee Relations (ER) resources that align with business and HR strategy and objectives.Work with leadership and management team to develop and implement the ER Vision and strategyDevelop and implement progressive employment procedures/policies, guidance and toolkitsReview and evolve employment contractsDevelop a programme to upskill managersYou will need the following experience:-Leading and delivering substantial ER work packages/projectsDeveloping and implementing ER Policies and ProceduresEffective collaborative stakeholder managementExperience of developing/evolving Terms and conditions of employment.In return they offer a salary of £75-80,000 plus bonus, car allowance and very good benefitsFor more information, please email your cv to ..... full job details .....
