We''re a big charity with a small well-managed ER caseload, so the focus is less on high-volume casework and more on strengthening the foundations that help people do their best work. You''ll lead improvements following a recent ER audit, making our policies, processes, guidance and reporting clearer, more consistent and easier to use. You''ll also support some complex ER casework, coach managers through sensitive situations, and help develop practical training content on investigations, grievances, disciplinary hearings and appeals.
