      <description>Location: Cambridge | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re looking for a Senior Employee Relations Manager for a leading public sector organisation, based in Cambridge (hybrid), on a permanent basis, between 50,000 and 56,500 per year + Great benefits.  This is a hybrid role with remote working available and some attendance at the office in Cambridge.  The successful Senior Employee Relations Manager will act as deputy to the Head of Employee Relations, allocating casework, line managing a team of ER Advisors and stepping up to cover the Head of ER during periods of absence. You''ll provide specialist, high quality advice to senior leaders on complex ER matters, ensuring processes are fair, legally sound and free from litigation risk. You''ll also lead on policy development, deliver training and represent management at panels and tribunals as required.
