Role and Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Consultant: Partner with business leaders to provide commercially focused Employee Relations advice across your aligned business area. Manage a varied caseload including absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and capability matters. Lead and support organisational change initiatives including restructures, consultation processes, redeployment and organisational design projects. Coach and influence managers to ensure consistent, fair and commercially balanced decision making. Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, policy and best practice.
