Role and Responsibilities of the Employee Relations Consultant: Effectively manage absence, conduct and performance via informal action and formal case management. Successfully able to navigate policies and processes. Manage employee relation case work, including supporting and coaching leaders on best practice. Proactively work with leaders to drive and secure early identification and resolution of issues in core ER areas. Achieve positive and reasonable outcomes for both colleagues and the company. Highlight any trends from case work to support the ER Partner with addressing the issue areas, through providing effective and informative weekly reporting.
