You''ll play a pivotal role in supporting managers and employees across the business, providing expert advice on complex ER matters while protecting the organisation from legal, financial and reputational risk.What you''ll be doingAs a trusted ER partner, you will:Provide expert advice and hands-on support across a broad range of employee relations mattersLead and facilitate ER investigations including performance, conduct, sickness absence, grievance and anti-harassment casesCoach and advise managers to ensure fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomesPartner with HR Business Partners on in-scope and out-of-scope TUPE activity, including consultation and policy analysisWork closely with Employment andamp; Regulatory Legal teams on ER cases and policy changesStay ahead of UK and Ireland employment law, ensuring knowledge is shared and policies remain compliantSupport business change initiatives with an ER lens, including redundancy and organisational ..... full job details .....
