This is an opportunity to take ownership of a dedicated business area, working closely with managers to navigate complex people challenges whilst helping to build management capability across the organisation.This role has been created due to business growth and an increasing volume of ER activity, making it a fantastic time to join a highly collaborative team where your expertise will be valued from day one.What you''ll be doingAs an Employee Relations Partner, you''ll be trusted to lead on a varied caseload and act as a key adviser to managers across the business.Your responsibilities will include:Managing a diverse and high-volume ER caseload, including complex and sensitive casesProviding expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, conduct, capability and absence mattersPartnering with leaders and line managers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutionsCoaching and developing managers to improve confidence and capability in handling employee relations issuesDelivering training, guidance and best practice on ER policies and employment legislationBuilding ..... full job details .....
