We''re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join a growing and well-established ER team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a dedicated business area, working closely with managers to navigate complex people challenges whilst helping to build management capability across the organisation.
This role has been created due to business growth and an increasing volume of ER activity, making it a fantastic time to join a highly collaborative team where your expertise will be valued from day one.
What you''ll be doing
As an Employee Relations Partner, you''ll be trusted to lead on a varied caseload and act as a key adviser to managers across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse and high-volume ER caseload, including complex and sensitive cases
- Providing expert guidance on disciplinary, grievance, conduct, capability and absence matters
- Partnering with leaders and line managers to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions
- Coaching and developing managers to improve confidence and capability in handling employee relations issues
- Delivering training, guidance and best practice on ER policies and employment legislation
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across your allocated business area
About you
You''ll be a confident ER professional who enjoys working in a busy environment and can balance multiple priorities without compromising on quality.
We''re particularly interested in individuals who have:
- Previous experience in a dedicated Employee Relations role
- Strong UK employment law knowledge
- Experience managing a high-volume and complex caseload
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem solving
- The confidence to challenge constructively and provide credible advice to managers
