Employee Relations Case Advisor
Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Southwark Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Employee Relations Case Advisor this role will be: SE1 2QH Hybrid 2 days office based. The right candidate will: Manage a high-volume caseload of complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues Provide clear, pragmatic advice to managers in line with policy, employment law and best practice Support and guide investigating officers, including quality assuring investigation reports and outcome letters Ensure cases are managed efficiently, mitigating organisational risk and maintaining procedural fairness Liaise with Trade Unions on a range of ER matters, maintaining professional and constructive relationships Contribute to improving ER processes and consistency of approach across the service We require the following: Proven experience handling complex ER cases in a large, unionised organisation Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice To discuss this opportunity further please send over an up-to-date CV and give me a call on (phone number removed) If you know someone who would be a good fit for the role, please send over their contact details and get in touch, as we do offer a generous referral fee. ..... full job details .....
