Description

  • Lead and manage the Employee Relations and People Advisory team to deliver effective HR services.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Oversee complex casework, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring fair outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training on HR best practices.
  • Support organisational change initiatives, offering guidance on people management and workforce planning.
  • Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with the organisation''s mission and values.

Profile

A successful Employee Relations and People Advisory Team Lead should have:

  • Proven expertise in employee relations within the human resources field.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application in the workplace.
  • Experience managing and developing a team to achieve organisational goals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to handle complex casework with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and inform decision-making.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent in human resources or a related field.
