Employee Relations Advisor12-18 months FTC London or Manchester Full Time - 35 hours Hybrid (1-2 days office)SalaryManchester up to £44k per annumLondon up to £48k per annumThe RoleThis is a specialist, high-volume ER casework role within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.You will:Manage a large and complex caseload end-to-end (disciplinary, grievance, performance, sickness/absence, mat/pat, flexible working and other formal processes)Provide clear, risk-aware and commercially focused advice to managers on a daily basisCoach and guide managers through investigations, hearings and outcomesPrepare hearing packs, outcome letters and detailed case reportsEnsure all cases are managed in line with employment legislation, policy and SLAsMaintain accurate trackers and ER systems, ensuring strong case governanceIdentify trends and escalate risks appropriatelyActively support hearings as HR representative, including note-taking where requiredThis is a pure ER Advisor role - we are seeking candidates who are currently managing substantial ER casework as their primary responsibilityEssential ExperienceCIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)Currently working as an ER Advisor managing high-volume caseworkExperience working in a demanding, fast-paced, multi-site environmentStrong written documentation and case coordination skillsConfident advising and constructively challenging managersWhat''s on OfferCompetitive pension scheme (up to 6% employer double contribution)28 days ..... full job details .....
