Reporting into the People Advice Manager, you''ll play a key role in managing employee relations cases end to end, providing practical guidance to managers and helping to ensure fair, balanced and legally compliant outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands on, working at pace and building strong relationships across a multi-site environment.
