This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile change projects, supporting the UK business through complex employee relations activity while partnering with an experienced Centre of Excellence. This role has been created as part of a wider transformation, allowing HR Business Partners to focus on strategic partnering while you take ownership of end-to-end Employee Relations activity across change programmes.The RoleWorking closely with the UK Employee Relations team and project stakeholders, you''ll manage a varied portfolio of change-related Employee Relations activity, ensuring processes are delivered compliantly, professionally and with empathy.You''ll be responsible for managing cases from start to finish, including:Leading individual and collective consultation processesPreparing consultation documentation, letters and supporting materialsManaging nomination and consultation processes in line with current UK legislationAdvising and coaching line managers throughout the processSupporting and attending consultation meetings, including note-taking ..... full job details .....
