Employee Relations AdvisorRegional/Multi-site - Midlands and NorthHybridConstructionClient DetailsMichael Page are delighted to support a highly successful national construction business with the appointment of a regional/multi-site Employee Relations Advisor to join a busy People team.This role will cover various sites around the Midlands and North - the role can offer hybrid working, you will travel to sites business needs dependent, circa 2-3 day per week will be site based and 2-3 days per week you will be home basedDescriptionThe role of Employee Relations Advisor will work as part of a national People team, this is a busy, high-volume, fast-paced role supporting with a wide range of cases.Duties will include but not limited to:Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters including complex scenariosEnsure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across the organisation.Manage disciplinary, grievance, and performance management processes.Conduct investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.Work collaboratively with the wider People team to ensure alignment with company values.Keep up-to-date with employment law changes and provide relevant updates to the team.Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training programmes to up-skill managersProfileIdeal applicants for this role will have a proven background dealing with high-volume employee relations matters.
