This is a great opportunity to work within a leading Defence organisation based in Scotstoun. This role is hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office. As a specialist within the ER CoE, specicifically the UK Case Coaching service, this role will focus on: Ensuring the provision of a comprehensive and compliant employee relations advisory service, providing strategic and legally sound advice, guidance and support to managers of all levels, and business stakeholders. Managing a large portfolio of ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances of various complexity and risk. Acting as trusted adviser to local business HR and leadership. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including but not limited to Business HR, CoE, Labour Law, Trade Union, Ethics and Security.
