You''ll manage your own caseload of disciplinaries, investigations and grievances, while also collaborating closely with colleagues on shared priorities. This is a great opportunity for someone who can think independently, use sound judgement, and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.You''ll be part of a small, focused team of 7 (including 3 Advisors), working exclusively on ER matters in a dedicated office space - giving you the chance to really specialise and develop deep expertise in employee relations.What You''ll Be DoingManaging your own portfolio of disciplinary, investigation and grievance cases from start to finishProviding clear, practical ER advice to managers and colleagues across the businessWorking collaboratively within a small team, sharing knowledge and supporting one another on complex casesBuilding strong working relationships with stakeholders across multiple well-known client sites (including major UK retailers)Ensuring all case work is handled fairly, consistently, and in line with policy and current employment legislationIdentifying risk and offering practical, commercially-minded solutionsWhat We''re Looking ForSolid experience ..... full job details .....
