Employee Relations Advisor Temporary - 6 months Remote with occasional meetings in Birmingham up to 45KAre you an experienced Employee Relations or HR Advisor with a passion for coaching managers and improving employee outcomes? We''re supporting a leading organisation in the appointment of an experienced HR specialist to join their team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of complex probation cases across a large operational workforce, providing expert guidance to managers while helping to build confidence and capability in managing performance, conduct and attendance issues from an early stage. This role is an initial 6 month temporary contract which offers fully remote working with occasional travel to Birmingham and London for team meetings.The RoleWorking closely with operational leaders, you''ll provide specialist advice on formal probation processes, ensuring managers are equipped to make fair, consistent and well-evidenced decisions.
