Employee Experience and Engagement Specialist 39 hours per week Fixed Term Contract 12 month Based in Droitwich Medlock Partners are looking for an Employee Experience and Community Engagement Specialist to help create a positive and engaging employee journey from recruitment and onboarding through to ongoing development and retention for a growing, global business. This role will lead employee experience initiatives, build relationships with universities and community organisations, support early careers programmes, and strengthen the organisation s employer brand. You ll work closely with HR, Marketing and Talent Acquisition to attract, engage and retain talent.
