We''re looking for a detail-focused Employee Contracts Coordinator to join a busy Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a temporary basis through to March 2026. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in HR operations or legal environments, particularly where contract drafting and accuracy are critical. With support extended across 30 countries, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain international exposure in a professional and collaborative environment. Role Summary: As the Contracts Coordinator, you ll play a key role in the onboarding journey preparing, checking, and tailoring contracts for new hires across multiple locations. You ll work closely with recruiters, HR teams, and candidates, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and professional process at every step. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: Drafting and adapting employment contracts in line with international and local hiring practices Checking for variations in standard terms and amending accordingly Serving as a point of contact for new hires regarding contract status and onboarding queries Keeping applicant records accurate and up to date in the internal ATS Providing daily administrative support to the TA team Following established processes while also ..... full job details .....
