With up-to-date knowledge of the benefits landscape, you will utilise this knowledge to ensure effective service delivery within the employee benefits space. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Engaging with a variety of clients from different sectors and building strong relationships to fully understand business needsUtilising market knowledge to advise on wider benefits strategy and tailoring packages for individual clientsCreating clear and engaging communication materials to educate employees about their benefitsAnalysis of current benefits offerings with a view to identifying gaps or improvements Required skills and experience include, but not limited to:Degree educated in a relevant field.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently and to a high standardProficient in benefits administration software and tools.
