This is a hybrid role offering a blend of home and office working.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister workplace benefit schemes and support Pension Referral processesLiaise with employers and providers to gather data and obtain quotesPrepare governance materials, client letters and research documentsMaintain accurate client and plan records on internal systemsSupport advisers with renewals and meeting preparationHandle client queries and incoming documentation efficientlyAbout YouExperience in employee benefits, group pensions or group riskStrong communicator with excellent relationship-building skillsIT literate, particularly with Microsoft OfficeHighly organised, proactive and able to work to tight deadlinesExperience with Intelligent Office (desirable)BenefitsUp to £33kDiscretionary annual bonusHybrid working (2-3 days in the office)26 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off5% flexible benefits allowance (purchase extra holiday, medical, dental, life cover, etc.)Aegon pension (auto-enrolment)Extra Christmas leave at company discretionEmployee Benefit Trust membership (participation in future private equity exit)Full exam support - funded exams, materials, study day and ..... full job details .....
