Portfolio HR and Reward are partnered with a reputable professional services organisation who due to continued growth are looking for to recruit an Employee Benefits Consultant to work across a diverse, and exciting portfolio of clients. The role will involve: Client ConsultationEngage with employers to understand their business objectives, culture, and employee needs.Analyse any existing benefit programmes and identify areas for improvement.Provide expert guidance on benefits strategy, including plan design, cost management, and compliance.We also want you to help shape the proposition going forward as detailed in Key accountabilities Key accountabilities:Benefits Programme Design and ImplementationDevelop tailored employee benefits packages that align with client requirements.Research and present suitable benefits providers, products, and services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement benefits programmes effectively.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, such as pension auto-enrolment and GDPR. Communication and EducationCreate clear and engaging communication materials to educate employees about their benefits.Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the department and commit to creating thought leadership work on behalf of the Employee Benefits Department.Conduct employee workshops, webinars, and presentations to explain benefits options and answer questions.
