Employee Benefits Consultant Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 Location: Portsmouth / Plymouth / Southampton Working Pattern: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them shape effective and competitive employee benefits strategies Assess existing benefits arrangements and recommend practical improvements around design, cost and employee value Research the market and advise clients on suitable providers, products and benefits solutions Manage the delivery of benefits programmes, working with clients, providers and internal teams Use benefits data, employee feedback and market insight to identify trends and opportunities Produce clear reports and recommendations to help clients make informed benefits decisions Support employee engagement through presentations, workshops, webinars and benefits communications Keep clients informed on legislative and regulatory developments, including pensions, auto-enrolment, tax and GDPR Contribute to the wider growth of the benefits function through marketing, thought leadership and client development Ideal Candidate Proven experience within employee benefits consulting or a similar advisory role Strong understanding of the UK benefits market, including pensions, healthcare, life assurance and voluntary benefits Confident working directly with employers and senior stakeholders Commercially minded with the ability to understand client objectives and turn them into practical benefits solutions Strong analytical ..... full job details .....
