The Role You will provide competent, compliant financial advice to clients in line with FCA regulations and the firm s procedures, helping them make informed financial decisions and achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality financial advice in accordance with FCA rules and firm procedures Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements Keep up to date with product, technical, and legislative changes Comply with the firm s Training and Competence and Compliance procedures Act in line with Consumer Duty principles to support good client outcomes Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service About You We are looking for someone who is professional, organised, and client-focused, with the ability to build trust and deliver high standards of work.
