Employability Workshop Manager Part-time (0.8 FTE, 28 hours per week) Salary: £30,000-£33,000 FTE (£24,000-£26,400 actual salary) Location: Bristol Contract: Fixed-term, 2 years Help young people build confidence, skills and pathways into employment Ablaze are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employability Workshop Manager to deliver our Employment and Skills programme workshops for young people aged 16-25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). This role is ideal for someone who has experience planning and delivering engaging workshops, can build positive relationships with young people facing barriers to progression and is passionate about helping them develop the skills and confidence needed for employment. Alongside workshop delivery, you will support the collection of programme impact data on our secondary school career mentoring programme and contribute to reporting for our business partners. You will work closely with existing members of our team, including our Employment and Skills Project Manager, who oversees the programme, our Employment and Skills Project Assistant, who supports programme administration and our Senior Programme Manager, who manages and oversees all our school based programmes.
