This thriving, modern and diverse place to study offers opportunities both inside and outside of lessons to promote student engagement, helping their students get back into employment.The Head Teacher is looking to take on a qualified Employability Tutor, on a Long-Term basis until the end of the academic year. The successful Employability Tutor will be supporting students to understand career opportunities and developing their employability skills. The role will be paramount in helping students achieve their full potential during and after their college experience.The successful Employability Tutor will have:- Level 4 IAG qualification, teaching qualification for post 16, a tutor assessor qualification- Experience in employability planning and development within an educational setting.- Experience in networking and maintaining professional relationships with external agencies.- A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures.In return ..... full job details .....
