The Role As an Employability Tutor, you will: Deliver engaging, high-quality group and 1:1 sessions in employability and vocational qualifications such as Customer Service, Business Administration, and Adult Social Care. Mentor and support learners to achieve qualifications, embedding Maths, English, and employability skills. Track learner progress, set SMART targets, and ensure timely achievement of qualifications. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment, helping learners overcome barriers to attendance, motivation, or performance.
