The role will focus on developing the practical skills learners need to enter employment, including communication, customer service, teamwork, workplace behaviours, CV writing, job applications and interview preparation. Unlike a purely coaching-based position, this role carries responsibility for structured teaching, assessment, learner evidence and the quality of programme delivery.
