The role will focus on developing the practical skills learners need to enter employment, including communication, customer service, teamwork, workplace behaviours, CV writing, job applications and interview preparation. Unlike a purely coaching-based position, this role carries responsibility for structured teaching, assessment, learner evidence and the quality of programme delivery. Key responsibilities: deliver structured employability sessions Adapt teaching to different learner abilities and support needs Deliver topics including communication, teamwork, customer service, confidence, CV writing and interview skills Assess learner work and provide clear, constructive feedback Maintain accurate learner files, registers and progress records Ensure learner evidence meets programme and funding requirements Monitor attendance, progress and achievement Provide additional support to learners at risk of falling behind Prepare learners for work experience and guaranteed interviews Work towards agreed retention, achievement and progression ...
