This is a great opportunity for a qualified tutor who is passionate about helping individuals build confidence, develop employability skills and progress towards sustainable employment. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging employability and job-readiness sessions. Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learner needs. Help learners identify and overcome barriers to employment. Develop confidence, communication and workplace skills. Support learners towards employment, apprenticeships, further training and other progression opportunities. Monitor learner engagement, attendance and progress. Set appropriate targets and provide ongoing feedback and support. Assess learners and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Maintain accurate learner records and complete relevant administration. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
