Employability TutorAbout Us Our employment coaches have two key skills - the ability to deliver 1-2-1 support to help people plan and reach their goals, and the ability to teach groups to help people gain skills to achieve their goals. Each role is 50/50 to ensure we continue to support people and deliver training that''s fit for people''s aspirations. Every coach has a core subject specialism they can teach and are qualified to deliver through numerous levels so we can offer progression to our customers. Additionally, all coaches deliver a wide and varied curriculum around life skills, enrichment, wellbeing and employability - all core to our curriculum.A Typical DayCarrying out initial assessments, using tools including Skills Builder and Unifrog, to help learners make informed decisionsDelivering a rich employability programme, including NCFE qualifications and external enrichment activities and visitsWorking alongside the Employability Lead to ensure quality throughout the learner''s programmeManaging learners for their whole journey with us - ensuring attendance, achievement and progressionReviewing progress and helping learners succeed through regular contact, proactive engagement and planned interventionsBuilding relationships with local support services to ensure a full, holistic package of support, meeting all participant and EHCP needsAchieving targets to get people into work and supporting them and employers in doing soCompleting learner records and monitoring ..... full job details .....
