Job Role: IPS Team Leader Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employability Health and Wellbeing Team Leadership Location: Islington Salary: £41,586 per annum (Inclusive of London Weighting) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week Working Pattern: Hybrid working model with a strong community presence. This role requires a high level of visibility across Islington, with an expectation of being present across service locations approximately 4 days per week, including: Seven Sisters Road Grays Inn Road King Henry''s Walk All reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed. Role Overview We are recruiting an experienced and inspirational IPS Team Leader to lead a high-performing employment support team delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model across Islington. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IPS Team Leader, Senior Employment Specialist, Employability Team Leader, Supported Employment Manager or Employment Services Manager looking to take ownership of a well-established service and drive positive outcomes for individuals facing barriers to employment. As the IPS Team Leader, you will lead a team of Employment Specialists supporting individuals with disabilities, health conditions, mental health challenges and other complex barriers into sustainable paid employment.
