Employability Coach -12 months until the end of January 2027 - Swansea - -13.65 per hour

This is an extremely varied role . Monday- Friday. 37 hours per week and an opportunity to nurture and enable people to grow.

What the Employability Coach will be doing:

* Providing information and advice by a variety of media sources

* To deliver a vacancy service offering employers a recruitment service and matching clients to vacancies

* To help job seekers getting into work

* To support the running of careers centres including office management and reception

What the successful Employability Coach will bring to the team
This role is suitable for someone who has

* Who has excellent written and verbal skills

* Has a good proficiency in relation to Microsoft packages

* Prioritises customer service

* Excellent communication skills

What you will be getting in return

* Monday - Friday with no evenings and weekends

* -13.65 per hour

* 37 hour working week
