The Role   We are looking for a passionate and motivated Employability Coach to join our Supported Employment Team. In this rewarding role, you will support people with learning disabilities to develop workplace skills, gain valuable work experience, and secure meaningful paid employment within their local communities.  You will work directly with individuals, employers, families, and partner organisations to remove barriers to employment and help people achieve their career aspirations.
