Job Title: Sessional Employability and Digital Skills Tutor Location: Peterborough Community-BasedSalary: £26,000 per annum pro rata, plus travel expensesContract: Ongoing SessionalStart Date: 23rd November 2026 Working Pattern: Flexible sessional hours, dependent on learner needs and programme deliveryDriver Essential: Travel across Peterborough is required, community-based learning Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and supportive Sessional Employability and Digital Skills Tutor to deliver face-to-face, one-to-one support to a cohort of learners aged 50 and over across Peterborough. This is an exciting opportunity to help individuals build confidence, develop essential digital skills and improve their employability prospects through a 12-week community-based learning programme. You will work with a cohort of approximately 25 learners, providing tailored guidance to help them overcome barriers to employment, strengthen their job-search skills and become more confident using digital technology. Sessions will take place in accessible community settings, such as local libraries, offering learners a welcoming and supportive environment in which to develop their skills. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping people reach their potential, with the ability to adapt their approach to suit individual learning needs and levels of digital confidence.
