You''ll work closely with learners who present with emotional and behavioural challenges, helping them to develop the strategies, resilience and confidence they need to engage fully with their education.This is a contract role with an anticipated start date of October 2026, offering the chance to work as part of a wider support team dedicated to helping learners overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.Your responsibilities will include:Providing one-to-one and small group support to learners with emotional and behavioural difficulties.Using de-escalation and behaviour management techniques to support learners through moments of distress or challenge.Working closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and external agencies to put in place effective support plans.Monitoring and recording learner progress, and contributing to reviews of individual support plans.Promoting a calm, safe and inclusive learning environment for all learners.What We''re Looking ForEssential:Experience supporting learners with social, emotional and behavioural needs, ideally within an education ..... full job details .....
