About the Role

MedGen Healthcare is seeking experienced and autonomous-Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENPs)-and-Emergency Care Practitioners (ECPs)-to join our team at-King''s College Hospital.

The Role

As an ENP or ECP,-within the Urgent Treatment Centre, you will be responsible for the assessment of health and clinical needs of Kings College Hospital patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct patient consultations, including comprehensive history taking, physical examinations, and clinical assessment to determine diagnoses.

• Deliver appropriate treatment and refer patients to specialist services in line with local pathways and protocols.

• Prescribe medications or work under Patient Group Directions (PGDs) to manage patients presenting with minor injuries in the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC).

• Provide clinical advice, supervision, and mentorship to junior staff.

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Current NMC or HCPC registration.-
• Recognised qualification as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner or Emergency Care Practitioner.
• A minimum of 12 months'' recent UK experience working as an ENP or ECP.
• Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
